What happens after I order? +
Within 24 hours you'll receive a welcome email with a service agreement to sign digitally. Once signed, we schedule an onboarding call and begin work within 5 business days.
Do you work with businesses outside Sweden? +
Yes. We primarily serve clients in Italy, Sweden, Germany and international markets. All communication is available in English, Italian, Swedish and Mandarin.
Can I combine packages? +
Absolutely. Many clients start with one package and add services as results compound. We can also create a custom bundle — book a free call to discuss.
How are monthly retainers billed? +
Monthly services are billed at the start of each month by invoice. We accept bank transfer (SEPA), card via Stripe or crypto on request.
Is VAT included in the prices? +
Prices shown are net (excluding VAT). Swedish VAT (25%) applies to Swedish clients. EU B2B clients with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge (0% VAT). Non-EU clients: no VAT.
