Axionyx AB — Service Agreement

1. Parties. This agreement is between Axionyx AB (org. 559559-3848, Stockholm, Sweden) ("Provider") and the individual or entity submitting this order form ("Client").

2. Service. Provider will deliver: Lead Generation Campaign — Monthly Retainer — Audience and offer definition, landing pages, lead magnets, forms, follow-up logic and campaign optimisation.

3. Fees. €3,000/month (minimum 3-month commitment), excluding VAT. One-time services: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers: billed in advance each month.

4. Delivery. Campaign live within 10 business days of onboarding. Timelines commence upon receipt of deposit and all required materials from Client.

5. Intellectual property. All work product delivered becomes Client's property upon full payment. Provider retains the right to reference the engagement in its portfolio.

6. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement.

7. Limitation of liability. Provider's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service. Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-revenue damages.

8. Termination. Either party may terminate monthly retainers with 30 days written notice. Deposits on one-time services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in Stockholm courts.

10. Entire agreement. This order form and these terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions.
